Established during 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes began as a family business in the Northern Italy's largest industrial location. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in constructing bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide array of forklifts, presses, farming machines and prefabrication molds.
The business began crane production in the year 1963. Eventually, the business pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru currently makes and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These machines are designed and engineered for a variety of applications and there are units available to cover all construction requirements.
Some units provide extremely flexible lifting options for businesses which are constructing small buildings and private houses. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and provide 22 to 40 meters jib range.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and extremely adaptable. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are particularly designed to work in tight locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated near each other.
